Our product pipeline is well diversified from an indication as well as stage of development point of view. Presently, we have partnership agreements in place for five of our products and are in discussions with potential partners for the balance of our pipeline.
Our lead product is INT0001/2004 a once-daily formulation of a hypertensive medication. This is the most advanced generic product involving our Tri-Layer technology. Equivalency with the reference product Toprol XL and its European equivalent Beloc-ZOK has been demonstrated in-vitro. The product has been tested in phase I studies.
Our second most advanced product INT0006/2005 is a prenatal vitamin supplement involving our proprietary manufacturing technology. We have entered into a development and distribution agreement and we expect to commence commercialization in Q1/2007. Since this product is a vitamin supplement, its does not require approval by the FDA.
